Homeschool Beginning Tai Chi 2 - Sept 14 - Oct 19, 2021
This Tai Chi class for homeschool and distance learning students is a 6 week beginning form that you build on new moves from the Homeschool Beginning Tai Chi 1 class. The live zoom class will be from September 14th through October 19. You can attend the live class on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. mountain time. The moves for that week will be introduced plus you will have an opportunity to ask questions and practice the form. You can download the videos to learn and practice the form outside of class. Come discover a gently, yet powerful way to increase your cognitive skills, mental & physical health and mindfulness. NOTE: You must be registered by September 13th to attend the first live class.
Clear and concise instructions on the tai chi from from certified tai chi instructor, Beth Young. You'll get an introductory course plus 6 additional 40 minute educational videos. All classes include gentle, energizing, head to toe warm ups plus several short forms to facilitate practice resources until the complete long form is learned. At the conclusion of the 6 weeks, you have the complete form that will help you access improved cognitive skills, strength and balance while decreasing stress, anxiety, and depression. As if that's not enough, you'll also discover pain relief & boost your immunity.
